Khaldoun Khartabil
Chairman and Chief Executive Officer

Khaldoun started his career as a London broker in 1978 at Bland Payne. He then moved on to work with several brokers in London such as J.H. Minet. He moved to Dubai in 1994 to become Managing Partner of United Insurance Brokers in Dubai and in Bahrain. In 2004, he joined MedGulf Group as CEO of Addison Bradley. In 2007, he founded ALPHA LLOYDS Insurance and Reinsurance Brokers LLC being Chairman and CEO since then.
Philippe Onteniente
International P&C Managing Director - SIACI SAINT HONORE GROUP

Philippe started his career with an insurance company before joining Sedgwick Insurance Broker as responsible of the CAR department. After 2 years in Marsh that acquired Sedgwick, he joined SIACI SAINT HONORE GROUP as Director of the Construction and Engineering department. He assumed this position for 18 years before being appointed in July 2018 Managing Director of the international subsidiaries of the group. Philippe is an INSSI Engineer and ARM graduate.
Abhishek Upadhayay
Chief Technical Officer P&C

Abhishek is specialized in Risk Engineering & P&C Underwriting. He has an overall 16 years of work experience of which 10 years in risk engineering and loss control with specialization in surveying large and complex industrial units. He has also 5 years of combined experience in commercial underwriting and reinsurance.
Abhishek started his career at Grasim Cement Industries as a Process Engineer before working for AIG as a Commercial underwriter in 2002. He then moved on to work with Chubb, RSA and AXA in various roles and capacities in India and in Dubai. He joined ALPHA LLOYDS as Chief Technical Officer P&C in August 2018.
Abhishek holds a chemical engineer Degree from National Institute of Technology in Trichy (India). He is a Certified Fire Protection Specialist from NFPA and International Diploma holder in Risk Management from IRM, London. He is also a certified ITC level 1 Infrared Thermographer.
Firas Arkoush
Technical Manager - Employee Benefits

Innovative professional with 14 years of progressive management expertise in the medical insurance field within three different countries (USA, Syria and UAE), and in TPA, insurance companies and insurance broker, Firas joined ALPHA LLOYDS in 2016 as technical manager of the Employee Benefits division. Prior to that, he was medical insurance manager at Arabia Insurance in the UAE.

Firas holds a bachelor degree in Business administration from Damascus University (Syria), a MBA in management development from Lazakski University (Poland), and LOMA certificate (USA) - The Diplomate, Life Health insurance.
 
Matthieu Etourneau
International Development Coordinator - SIACI SAINT HONORE GROUP

Matthieu joined SIACI SAINT HONORE GROUP in May 2018 as international development coordinator. He is mainly based in Dubai, working with Alpha Lloyds. He started his career with Veolia and then at the French Ministry of Foreign Affairs working on issues of economic development abroad. He then joined MEDEF, the French business confederation, where he was in charge of the Middle East desk, advising French large corporates in their development strategy in the MENA region.

Matthieu graduated from the London School of Economics (UK) and holds a master’s degree in international risk management from Sciences Po Bordeaux (France).
Talal Al Garem
Business Development Manager

Talal started his career in business development and supply chain at Dubai Cooperative Society. His main focus was to assist commercially in sales activity and grow the business in the MEA region. In 2015, Talal joined ALPHA LLOYDS as their Business Development Manager. His four years with ALPHA LLOYDS drove him to manage a commercial team with a portfolio with a wide range of corporate accounts from all sectors. His role is versatile, from lead generation to account management as well as marketing, cross selling within the group and developing insurance products.
Talal holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management from The American University in Dubai and Pace University New York.
